Dan Althoff

Dan has been a trainer on the OBX for 15 years and has a love of nature and movement in all its forms. He is back on the beach this year to share this love to visitors and locals old and new. upon purchasing obx fit last year and already holding a long resume of training, he became the premier outdoor fitness trainer on the Outer banks. from his dynamic flow event for Town of duck, to clandestine movement groups over the years, he has been a part of outerbanks fitness culture for a long time. He teaches all levels from child to athlete to silver sneaker how to move ones body well and find joy in fitness by integrating natural, practical, and playful content with traditional fitness drills.

 

Ashley Digby

With over 12 yeaRS IN the industry ashley brings experince and variety to the team. previously owning her own fitness business in richmond, she also can claim a collection of certifications from precision level nutrition and yoga to 200hr yrt to trx functional fitness. ashley brings a powerful influence to the obx fit family this year. Her knowledge and love of the outdoors makes her the perfect fit to run our kitty hawk bootcamp this year. She has taught everything from hot yoga and h.i.i.t. to bootcamps and prenatal fitness. A mother, teacher, and fitness instructor, she has the skills and passion to help you get the most out of your beach bootcamp this year.
