Walk ups welcome with cash payment! Meet rain or shine at the Kitty Hawk Life Guard Station MP 4, Kitty Hawk (Black Pelican) . This beach access offers parking, restrooms and outside showers. Bring a bottle of water, dry towel and you may want dry clothes to change after class. Wear work out gear and flip flops or running shoes as we work out on the beach barefoot.

Class Cost: $20 per person — Single Class $40 per person — 2 Class Package $50 per person— 3 Class Package
