Join Ashley for Bootcamp on the Beach in Kitty Hawk
We will begin promptly so show us a bit early to get warmed up or signed up. Bring a towel and water, apply sunscreen and perhaps a change of clothes should you by chance get wet.
Ashley has been a fitness instructor and has led many beach bootcamps. Her bodyweight and cardio blend is a challenging workout for all levels. We use the environment to enrich our workout! Make it a family event! (Kids 10 and under are free but guardian must take responsibility for their involvement.)
