Do both classes Tuesday/ Thursday : 7:00 am to 8:00 am. Meet rain or shine at the beach. Classes begin May 29, 2023 - September 1, 2023.

Warm ups, Strength and Conditioning Loops, and movement games that will challenge all levels on sand and in the surf (optional).

Bring a bottle of water, dry towel and you may want dry clothes to change after class. Wear work out gear and flip flops or running shoes (whatever you're comfortable in) as we work out on the beach barefoot.
