Come both Tuesday/ Thursday 7:00 am to 8:00 am. Meet rain or shine at the Kitty Hawk Life Guard Station. Classes begin June 11, 2023.

Bring a bottle of water, dry towel and you may want dry clothes to change after class. Wear work out gear and flip flops or running shoes (whatever you're comfortable in) as we work out on the beach barefoot.
