Choose 1 Class on Tuesday, or Thursday, 7:00 am to 8:00 am. Meet rain or shine at the north beach access. Classes begin May 30, 2023 - September 1, 2023.
Warm Ups, Strength and Conditioning Loops, and movement games on sand and in surf (optional) to challenge all levels.
Bring a bottle of water, dry towel and you may want dry clothes to change after class. Wear work out gear and flip flops or running shoes (whatever you're comfortable in) as we work out on the beach barefoot.
Quantity:
Classes prioritize the use of the environment but also feature minimal equipment to allow full body training. Pushing, pulling, crawling, jumping, core strengthening, stamina, and coordination will all come into play.
